MARSFEVER / LETTERS FROM MARS
MARSFEVER POSTAL AUTHORITY · ROVER CORRESPONDENCE DESK
Your kid has a
pen pal on Mars.
Rusty is a rover — six wheels, one arm, seventeen cameras, strong opinions. He writes your kid letters by name: the blue sunsets, the tiny tornadoes that do his chores, the rock that lived in his wheel for a month. Real Mars science, smuggled inside a very funny robot. Delivered to your inbox, first one free.

Transmission 001, as received
Hello Maya! I'm Rusty. I live on Mars.
I'm a rover — a robot the size of a go-kart, with six wheels, one arm, and seventeen cameras. I have been driving around Mars taking pictures and poking rocks, and honestly? Best job in the solar system.
You should know some things about my planet, Maya: the sunsets here are blue (your planet got that backwards). My biggest mountain is almost three Everests tall. I am not allowed to climb it. It gets so cold at night that I dream in penguin.
Mission log: today I drove 40 meters, which is a rover marathon. I found a rock shaped like a slightly rounder rock. Classified it TOP SECRET. You're welcome, Maya.
